UK Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Standard UK Delivery — £3.99

FREE Standard UK Delivery on orders of £50 or more

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by delays outside our control, including busy periods, adverse weather or courier disruption.

Order Processing

Orders will be prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming that your order is on its way.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@jjclothing.co.uk

If an order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@jjclothing.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate.

Returns

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full information.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will arrange the appropriate solution.

JJ Clothing currently ships within the United Kingdom only. International delivery may be introduced in the future.
